Business Developer Executive (RCM)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Islamabad focuses on identifying and developing international business opportunities for Avorcms Services LLC – RCM, targeting healthcare providers in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach and other channels.
• Promote and sell RCM services to US small and medium‑size clinics.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand prospects' needs and present tailored proposals.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, follow up consistently and negotiate contracts.
• Meet monthly lead‑generation, appointment‑setting and sales targets while building long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of B2B sales experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sales.
• Strong spoken and written English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and follow‑ups.
• Ability to communicate professionally with US‑based clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Based in Islamabad and available for the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM shift.
