About the role
The Field Sales Representative will actively visit markets and client locations to uncover new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits, engage decision‑makers, and present the company’s products.
- Qualify leads, enter data into the CRM, and manage a personal sales pipeline without supervision.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on visits, lead generation, and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and lead generation targets.
Required profile
- Proven ability to build trust with clients and adapt sales strategies to market trends.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills to plan visits and maximize coverage.
