Business Development Associate

About the role

SYSLAB.AI is seeking a Business Development Associate to support its growth by identifying new partnership opportunities with industry, academic institutions, and relevant organisations. This on‑site role is based in the Karachi Division and involves close collaboration with internal teams to align external partnerships with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities and partnership opportunities.
• Generate leads and qualify potential partners or clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective partners.
• Assist in developing outreach and engagement strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate meetings and events.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong presentation skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.
• Proven lead generation abilities and experience identifying qualified partners.
• Solid market research capabilities to analyse trends and competitor activity.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in business development, corporate relations or institutional partnerships is an advantage.
