Business Development Associate

About the role

The Business Development Associate will work on‑site in Johar Town, supporting Artilence’s growth across Cyber Security, AI Automation and Go‑To‑Market services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads and moving prospects through the sales pipeline to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate qualified leads through calls, emails and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create proposals, presentations and tailored solution pitches.
• Support client follow‑ups, relationship management and post‑sale activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights for growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience or exposure to technology services such as Cyber Security, AI or GTM, and B2B sales in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, resilience in a target‑driven setting and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.
