Business Development Executive – Aluminum & Glass Facades

About the role

Smile Hardware is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and manage relationships for premium aluminum and glass architectural solutions. You will be the primary field representative, targeting architects, builders, developers, and property owners to secure residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls and targeted visits to architects, contractors, interior designers, developers, and homeowners.
• Pitch the full range of aluminum and glass products, including windows, glass fronts, curtain walls, skylights, and ACP cladding.
• Visit construction sites and real‑estate offices to identify upcoming facade and fenestration projects.
• Act as the main point of contact, gather project requirements, coordinate estimates, negotiate quotes, and ensure smooth project handover.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging architectural designs.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and project acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development within architectural building materials, preferably aluminum or glass.
• Ability to read basic architectural drawings or understand measurements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Urdu and English.
• Highly resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with outdoor client meetings.
• Own mode of transport for field visits.

What we offer

• Base salary of Rs 30,000 per month.
• Commission of Rs 20 per sq. ft. on closed projects (uncapped).
• Daily lunch allowance.
• Petrol allowance for field visits.
