Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new custom software development deals, primarily through Upwork and LinkedIn, working on US shift hours from our Lahore office.

Key responsibilities

• Find and bid on high-fit Upwork jobs and write proposals that win
• Run LinkedIn outreach to founders and decision‑makers
• Lead discovery calls, scope projects with our development team, and close deals
• Manage the pipeline from proposal to onboarding and hit monthly revenue targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field
• 2+ years in business development or sales for a software or IT services company
• Proven Upwork and LinkedIn closing track record
• Portfolio of closed custom development projects (web, mobile, SaaS or AI)
• Strong English communication and confidence on client calls
• Working understanding of the software development lifecycle
