Business Development Executive

About the role

Digitech Outsourcing Solution is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and identify potential clients.
• Research prospects and explore new business opportunities.
• Present company services professionally to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, confident, and target‑oriented approach.
• B2B or international client experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Probation salary: PKR 75,000 per month.
• Post‑probation salary: PKR 80,000 per month.
