About the role
The Business Development Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, driving growth for Jubilee Life by expanding its customer base and market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, support sales campaigns and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, meet targets and manage time effectively.
Required skills
- New business development and lead generation.
- Business and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
