Content Writer, CSR, SDR & Business Developer – 2 Years Experience

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking experienced professionals for four on‑site positions in Lahore: Content Writer, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Developer. Each role requires roughly two years of relevant experience and will support the company’s medical billing and revenue‑cycle management services.

Key responsibilities

• Content Writers: create, edit and optimise web and marketing copy related to healthcare billing, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
• CSRs: manage inbound and outbound client communications, resolve billing queries, maintain records and provide status updates.
• SDRs: generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach, schedule demos and collaborate with the sales team to advance prospects.
• Business Developers: nurture client relationships, explore new markets, draft proposals and support negotiations to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Approximately two years of experience in at least one of the listed functions, preferably within healthcare or BPO environments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset, problem‑solving ability and professional telephone/email etiquette for CSR/SDR roles.
• Sales aptitude, lead qualification and basic negotiation skills for SDR/Business Developer positions.
