Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Cargo Solution Services by creating and executing sales strategies in the air and sea freight market. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing to meet individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to track activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve the customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while protecting company interests.
• Identify new opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight.
• Dynamic, customer‑centric and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – PKR 65,000 per month.
• Conveyance and petrol allowances included in the package.
• Commission of 30% above target and sales target set at 2.5 × monthly salary.
