Business Development Executive - Medical Billing

About the role

Castle Medical Coding & Billing Services is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive for its Medical Billing and Coding services in Rawalpindi. The role is full-time, office-based and involves finding new clients, especially in the US healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Contact prospective clients by call, email and LinkedIn
• Develop business with healthcare providers and medical practices
• Conduct sales calls and follow-ups
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
• Understand client needs and present relevant services
• Build professional relationships with prospects and meet agreed business development targets
• Keep records of leads and client communications

Required profile

• Previous Business Development or Sales experience (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare Sales or a related industry preferred
• Strong spoken and written English
• Good communication and negotiation skills, able to deal professionally with international clients
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work onsite in Rawalpindi
