About the role

It is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive in Rawalpindi to grow its client base and help businesses understand how digital solutions can improve their visibility and audience engagement. The role works closely with the team to turn prospective customers into lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective business clients through outreach and networking.
• Understand client goals and present relevant digital services and marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, and follow up with prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries and support client retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams so proposed solutions match client needs and delivery capabilities.
• Track leads, sales activity and outcomes, and contribute to marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends and share customer feedback and opportunities with the team.

Required profile

• Persuasive communication with a customer-focused approach, consistent follow-through and interest in digital marketing.
• Strong spoken and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, hold sales conversations and follow up consistently.
• Customer-focused relationship building and confidence engaging business owners or decision-makers.
• Organized record keeping for leads, pipeline activity and client follow-ups; familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, resilient, a team player and results oriented, willing to learn about evolving digital services.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, online business presence, social media and website services.
• Skill in preparing clear proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Ability to explain suitable solutions clearly and practically.
