Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

Indigo Developers, a residential apartment developer, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build a strong client network, and drive apartment sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales for residential apartments.
• Develop and maintain a personal network of prospective buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals and other sales activities.
• Understand client budgets and requirements and recommend suitable apartment options.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Follow up consistently, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and keep an updated pipeline of leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in real estate sales, preferably residential apartments.
• Proven ability to generate new clients and convert leads into sales.
• Strong networking, negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of property sales processes and customer buying behavior.
