About the role
The Sales Specialist will drive plot and unit sales for Zesora Khanaspur, converting enquiries into booked sales through site visits, client presentations and structured follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through referrals, walk‑ins, digital enquiries and marketing campaigns, maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline.
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs, presenting plots/units, pricing plans and project features.
- Negotiate terms, prepare booking forms and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on booking agreements, installment schedules, and transfer documentation.
- Track competitor projects, pricing and offers, and submit accurate CRM records and sales reports.
