Business Development Executive – Upwork Sales

About the role
We are expanding our Upwork Sales Team in Karachi and are looking for a Business Development Executive who can close deals, communicate with international clients, and drive revenue growth. The position is on‑site with a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and close sales opportunities on the Upwork platform.
- Communicate with international, especially US‑based, clients via phone and messaging.
- Conduct sales calls to finalize contracts and meet daily targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with US‑based Upwork profiles.
- Achieve set sales goals and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling services on Upwork.
- Proven ability to close sales efficiently.
- Comfortable jumping on calls with clients to finalize deals.
- Experience working with US‑based Upwork profiles.
- Strong negotiation skills and target‑driven mindset.
