About the role

AlphaGen Systems Inc. is seeking motivated Business Development Interns for a three‑month paid internship. The role offers hands‑on experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the possibility of a full‑time position for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other professional channels.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Communicate with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain lead databases and update CRM records accurately.
• Conduct market research to spot industry trends and new opportunities.
• Support client meetings, follow‑ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (8th‑semester students only).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
• Good organizational, time‑management, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
