Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Search Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead its digital‑marketing sales efforts. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, cold‑email outreach and client acquisition for the company’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cold‑email outreach campaigns, including prospect research, sequencing, follow‑ups and response tracking.
• Generate leads using platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch and GoodFirms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals and schedule meetings.
• Oversee email deliverability by configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, handling domain warm‑up, inbox rotation and bounce monitoring.
• Meet monthly KPIs for qualified leads, booked meetings, proposals and closed deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with cold‑email platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo Sequences or Snov.io.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and email outreach strategies.
• Knowledge of sales funnels, lead nurturing and conversion tactics.
• Familiarity with email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability best practices.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month plus performance‑based commission.
