Business Development Manager (Hybrid) – Karachi

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Bionic Talent’s in‑house team in Karachi. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients worldwide and driving revenue through recruitment partnership sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CEOs, founders and hiring managers.
• Conduct discovery meetings, deliver sales presentations and understand client hiring needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close recruitment partnership deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in selling recruitment, HR, SaaS or professional services.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Karachi.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
