About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to identify, engage, and nurture partnerships that drive new business opportunities for the company. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Develop and cultivate new relationships to expand the business footprint.
- Maintain and grow existing business partnerships.
- Think critically during planning phases to ensure project success.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3‑4 years of relevant business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of executing successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
