Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the reach of our innovative HR software suite across Pakistan. You will drive sales strategy, build client relationships, and lead negotiations to secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies for HRMS, HRIS, ATS, and CRM solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads through networking, prospecting, and inbound channels.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and nurture long‑term client partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B software sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in market research, lead generation, and deal negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic planning and partnership‑building expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
