Business Development Manager

About the role

Backticksai, an AI and IT services company, is expanding its presence in the US and international markets. We seek a proactive Business Development Manager to build client acquisition pipelines, establish strategic partnerships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients in the US, UK and other markets, generating qualified leads via LinkedIn, Clutch, directories and cold email.
• Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email campaigns, qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings and support proposal, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring outreach effectiveness.
• Identify and build relationships with US‑based software agencies, AI consulting firms and technology partners for white‑label or outsourcing collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years B2B business development experience in international IT services or software outsourcing.
• Proven track record acquiring clients from the US or other overseas markets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work on‑site in Lahore during US Eastern Time‑aligned hours.

Required skills

• LinkedIn prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Cold‑email outreach and outbound sales techniques.
• CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Clutch) for pipeline management.
