Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales & Growth)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to own and scale our outbound sales engine. The role covers the full business development cycle, from market research and lead generation to booking qualified meetings and feeding the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage the company’s outbound lead generation process.
• Identify target industries, ideal customer profiles and key decision‑makers.
• Create high‑quality prospect lists using research and lead‑generation tools.
• Launch, test and optimise LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email campaigns.
• Develop structured follow‑up sequences to maximise response and conversion rates.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity.
• Track outreach performance, conversion metrics and campaign KPIs, and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales or business development.
• Proven experience building outbound sales processes and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification and sales funnels.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold‑email platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and target‑oriented.
• Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Outsourcing, Staffing, SaaS or Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
