Business Development Manager – Restaurants & Hospitality

About the role
Altpay is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its digital payments, loyalty and commerce solutions across Pakistan’s restaurant and hospitality sector. The role focuses on building partnerships with large restaurant chains and hospitality groups, driving revenue growth and establishing Altpay as a preferred provider.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and secure partnerships with major restaurant and hospitality networks.
- Identify, approach, and onboard enterprise restaurant groups.
- Present AltPay’s digital payments, loyalty, and commerce platforms to decision‑makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Achieve defined revenue and growth targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of proven success selling to large restaurant or hospitality networks.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship‑management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset.
