Business Development Manager – SaaS (Gaming & AR/VR)

About the role

Virtual Dive Studios is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of its SaaS offerings across gaming, AR/VR, and metaverse solutions. Based in Lahore, you will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close subscription‑based deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance against targets, and forecast revenue.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS or technology sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and subscription revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced degree or sales certifications a plus.
