Business Development Manager – Technical Sales

About the role

Neural Surge AI is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive high‑ticket technical sales for its AI consulting services. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead acquisition to closing, while building a professional brand across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Select, implement, and manage a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable) to migrate 1,000+ leads and create a functional sales funnel.
• Design high‑authority pitch decks and technical portfolios that translate AI research and 3D animation work into compelling client narratives.
• Manage agency profiles on Upwork and Fiverr, write bespoke technical proposals, and maximize bid conversion rates.
• Set up automated saved searches on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
• Lead personalized outreach, conduct follow‑ups, and schedule discovery calls to move prospects toward signed contracts.
• Maintain high‑authority professional profiles on LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms, emphasizing proof of work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales with a track record of closing high‑value contracts.
• Strong “closer” mindset and ability to move leads through a structured pipeline.
• Excellent written communication for technical proposals on freelance platforms.

Required skills
