Business Development Officer (BDO) – Brokerage & Dispatching

About the role

We are seeking motivated Business Development Officers to join our Brokerage & Dispatching team in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business and expanding our client base in the US logistics market, not a call‑center position.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach methods.
• Identify and acquire clients needing freight brokerage and dispatching services.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, dispatching or B2B sales (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
