Business Development Specialist – Construction Services

About the role

Bid Crafters is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in the North American construction market. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach, engaging contractors, subcontractors, and builders to showcase our estimation and scheduling services.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call construction firms, contractors, and subcontractors across the US and Canada to introduce Bid Crafters' services.
• Qualify leads and identify the appropriate decision‑makers within each organization.
• Pitch estimation and scheduling solutions tailored to prospect needs and project types.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and accurately record activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to hand off qualified leads and support proposal preparation.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound B2B sales, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Familiarity with the US or Canadian construction industry is a strong plus.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage a high volume of daily outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools and lead tracking software.

What we offer

• Salary range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month plus performance‑based commissions.
• Working hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (aligned with US Eastern Standard Time).
