Business Development Specialist – Healthcare Software

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to promote our AI Healthcare+ solution to clinics, hospitals, and medical centers across Lahore. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and requires 3‑5 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective healthcare customers across Lahore through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and in‑person visits.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations, coordinate pilot programmes, and convert successful pilots into paid agreements.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate within approved commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports, and coordinate onboarding handovers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B software sales or business development with a track record of acquiring customers and closing deals.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently and build relationships with clinic owners, doctors, hospital administrators and procurement teams.
• Strong spoken and written Urdu and English; Punjabi is an advantage.
• Based in Lahore or able to conduct regular in‑person meetings throughout the city.
