Business Development Specialist

About the role

Co‑Ventech is seeking a full‑time Business Development Specialist to work on‑site in Karachi. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new opportunities for the company’s AI‑powered QA automation, DevOps and custom software services, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover client needs and industry trends in AI, QA automation and DevOps.
• Generate and qualify leads, nurture prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals and presentations for B2B clients.
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to support the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and produce regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and represent Co‑Ventech at events when required.
• Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Background in B2B technology or software services sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and able to work collaboratively on‑site.
