Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and secure new business opportunities. The role focuses on executing cold‑email outreach campaigns, managing prospect pipelines, and collaborating with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise cold‑email outreach sequences, including list building, copywriting and follow‑up.
• Maintain email deliverability by managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up and inbox rotation.
• Update and manage CRM records for leads, proposals, meetings and sales pipeline activity.
• Achieve monthly KPIs such as qualified leads, proposals submitted, booked meetings and closed deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch and GoodFirms.
• Familiarity with cold‑email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo Sequences and Snov.io.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and email outreach strategies.
