Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will work on‑site in Lahore to identify and qualify new business opportunities for CONTACTS PRO’s enterprise‑grade CRM platform. The role combines market research, lead generation and client engagement to support the company’s growth in the B2B technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach and market analysis.
• Conduct research on customer needs, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Engage prospective and existing clients, present product value and answer queries.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and product teams to arrange demos and prepare proposals.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Nurture relationships, follow up on leads and provide feedback to improve development processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and assess market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in lead generation and market research.
• Familiarity with CRM or contact‑management platforms and digital tracking tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
