Business Development Specialist

About the role

IT Cybx is an e‑commerce growth studio that partners with founder‑led beauty and lifestyle brands across the GCC and the UK. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to identify new client opportunities, drive the sales process, and hand projects over to our delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target founder‑led beauty and lifestyle e‑commerce brands in the GCC and UK.
• Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and present our Growth Audit → Sprint → Retainer model.
• Collaborate with founders to scope projects, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and report on performance metrics.
• Transition closed deals smoothly to the delivery team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing B2B deals in agency, marketing, or e‑commerce services.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch and work independently in a remote setting.
• Clear, no‑fluff communication style.
• Bonus: fluency in Arabic and a network in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
