Business Development Specialist

About the role

Deixtra Private Limited, a creative technology company focused on web development and graphic design, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist in Rahim Yar Khan District. The role centres on finding new business, building relationships with prospective clients and keeping strong ties with existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong connections with existing customers.
• Conduct market research and generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare proposals or presentations.
• Collaborate with the web development and design teams to match client needs with service offerings.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility through proactive outreach.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in digital or creative industries.
• Proven lead generation skills to turn prospects into contracts.
• Experience in market research to map competitors and understand client needs.
• Basic understanding of web development and graphic design services, able to explain them to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site in Rahim Yar Khan District and holding face-to-face client meetings.
