Business Development Specialist – Liquid Handling (EU)

About the role

Formulatrix is looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive sales of its liquid‑handling portfolio across the EU region. Based in our Lahore office, you will combine technical product knowledge with strong sales acumen to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads in the EU market through cold calling, emailing and online meetings.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes using CRM tools.
• Conduct effective online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments to achieve territory targets.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress against goals.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Create and manage email campaigns to raise product awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and proposals.
