Business Finance Manager

About the role

MJ Ecospin Innovations is seeking a Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning and business planning activities for its sustainable solutions business. Based in Chakwal District, this full‑time, on‑site position will support strategic and operational decisions through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial models.
• Prepare and present management reports, financial statements and cash‑flow analyses.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Improve financial processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance management or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, sustainability or innovation‑driven organisations.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and capacity to work both independently and within teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or other accounting systems.
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools.
