Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design and delivery of data‑driven reporting and interactive Power BI dashboards across the organization. The role will partner with multiple departments to translate business needs into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Experience and other areas to gather reporting requirements.
• Convert business processes into meaningful KPIs and visual dashboards.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and executive‑level dashboards.
• Build automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across all reports.
• Work with IT and system teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Train end users on dashboard usage and promote a data‑driven culture.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks and analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Data modeling and DAX
• Power Query and ETL concepts
• Data visualization best practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services or data warehousing (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (preferred)
