About the role
The role offers fresh graduates the chance to develop business and sales skills within a leading oil marketing company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing business strategies and operational plans across various departments.
- Develop customer relationship management skills by engaging with clients.
- Contribute to the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gain exposure to different business units.
- Assist in market research and analysis to support strategic objectives.
- Maintain clear communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- BBA or MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Fresh graduates encouraged; no prior work experience required.
- Candidates with irrelevant degrees will not be considered.
