Sales Manager – Tiles & Sanitary Products

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for tiles and sanitary products, driving growth, managing key customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
• Manage and expand project‑based customer networks.
• Identify new business opportunities in the tiles and building materials market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, contractors and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer preferences.
• Lead, supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, periodic reports and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams for timely recovery.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the tile industry.
• Proven experience in sales team management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of tile products, dealer networks, distribution channels and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business.
