Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will drive growth in the corporate sector by acquiring new B2B customers and retaining existing ones. This role combines sales expertise with customer‑focused service to ensure high satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband, voice, DPLC, IPLCs, cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to corporate clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop customized proposals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and reduce churn.
• Monitor activation and disconnection trends, and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure revenue targets are met and report performance to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Telecom or Computer Science.
• 3‑4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Team player with leadership potential.
