Call Center Agent

About the role

The Call Center Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, handling both inbound and outbound calls for the school. You will provide parents and guardians with accurate information about programs, policies, and admissions, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls, responding to inquiries about school programs and admissions.
• Document call details and update student or parent records in the school’s systems.
• Route calls to the appropriate department and follow up on pending requests.
• Manage complaints professionally and maintain consistent communication with families.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; further education in communications, business or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in a call centre, school administration or customer‑facing role is an advantage.
• Professional, calm and respectful demeanor when dealing with diverse families.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and relevant local languages.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask and manage time effectively.
