Campus Head – Lead Campus Operations

About the role

The Campus Head will provide strategic leadership for the campus, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission while driving academic excellence and student satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior management and oversees all operational aspects of the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and ensure campus activities reflect the institution’s vision.
• Manage daily academic, student services, and facilities operations.
• Develop and enforce policies that meet accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budget planning and financial health in partnership with finance.
• Promote professional development for faculty and staff.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to expand educational offerings.
• Monitor student academic performance and drive recruitment, retention, and enrollment growth.
• Handle crisis situations and resolve campus conflicts.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in educational administration, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, accreditation standards, and compliance.
• Proven strategic planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
• High integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
