About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Caregiver Recruiter working the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM) in Lahore. You will source, screen and interview caregivers for Home Health Care clients, using digital tools and local networks.

Key responsibilities

Post job ads, manage candidate communication and schedule interviews.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
Collaborate with operations and client‑facing teams to align hiring profiles with client needs.
Ensure compliance with hiring standards and support onboarding documentation.

Required profile

1‑2 years of experience in caregiver, nursing or healthcare recruitment, preferably for US clients.
Strong communication skills for phone, video and in‑person interactions.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
Experience using job boards, social media and basic productivity tools such as spreadsheets and document editors.
