Cash Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Cash Accountant to join our Sialkot office. The role focuses on managing cash operations, petty cash, and bank withdrawals, supporting the finance function of a long‑standing combat‑goods manufacturer. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate cash flow reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
• Process petty cash payments and perform regular petty cash reconciliations.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
• Prepare and issue bank withdrawals using cheques.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Com degree from a reputable institute.
• At least three years of experience in cash accounting or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with cash management and preparing journal entries.
• Familiarity with accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to generate and analyze cash reports using Excel.
