About the role
InstaWorld, a fintech‑enabled e‑commerce logistics platform operating across Pakistan, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Cashier & Accounts Assistant. The role involves handling daily cash, credit and digital payments while maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting regular reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, credit and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain the daily cash register and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Record financial transactions and update accounting records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and financial reviews when required.
- Prepare and submit daily cash deposits to the designated bank with proper documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a cashier, accountant or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
