Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Executive Finance Leader

About the role

Novatex, Pakistan’s largest non‑textile exporter and leading manufacturer of PET resin, rPET and BoPET films, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will shape and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensure robust governance, and support sustainable growth across multiple business units and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on financial and commercial matters.
• Lead long‑term financial planning, scenario modelling, and investment analysis.
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely, accurate IFRS‑compliant financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and governance framework.
• Manage product costing, standard costing, profitability assessments, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Champion finance transformation and process optimisation, leveraging SAP S/4HANA.
