Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – International Real Estate & U.S. Market

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial management of Vairt’s U.S. real estate operations, ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, cash‑flow optimization, and profitable growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term financial strategy aligned with company goals.
• Advise founders and executive team on financial planning, investment, profitability and risk.
• Translate corporate objectives into budgets, forecasts and measurable targets.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, projects, partnerships and acquisitions.
• Oversee U.S. financial operations, coordinating with accountants, legal advisers, banks and tax professionals.
• Manage cross‑border payments, foreign‑exchange and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidated reporting across all jurisdictions.
• Maintain strong cash‑flow, liquidity and working‑capital management, including short‑ and long‑term forecasts.
• Lead treasury functions, banking relationships and approval controls for capital deployment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in U.S. real‑estate finance and investment analysis.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multinational operations.
• Executive leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, tax and cross‑border financial structures.
