Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The company is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to shape and execute its financial vision. Reporting to senior leadership, the CFO will drive financial performance across a multi‑brand environment while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all departments.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability across multiple brands.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting standards.
• Lead, mentor, and strengthen the finance and accounts team, enhancing internal controls.
• Drive process improvement and automate financial systems throughout the organization.
• Oversee ERP/financial systems management and guarantee reporting accuracy.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost‑saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• CA or CA Finalist qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably across multiple organizations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo or Odoo implementation.
