Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate Development

About the role

Takmeel Square is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of its fast‑growing real‑estate portfolio across residential, commercial, mixed‑use and high‑rise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute corporate financial strategy and long‑term business planning.
• Structure and secure project financing, including debt and equity investments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation and financial reporting.
• Develop sophisticated financial models, feasibility studies and investment analyses.
• Drive cash‑flow optimisation, profitability and enterprise‑wide financial controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, private equity firms and strategic investors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SECP, FBR and other statutory requirements.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic investments, joint ventures and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA (MBA Finance/CFA a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development, construction, infrastructure or corporate finance.
• Strong expertise in project finance, capital raising and corporate governance.
• Outstanding leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
