Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will shape and execute Recruit AI’s long‑term financial strategy, driving growth and profitability. Reporting to the board, the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership while coordinating finance‑related functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts and analyses to the board of directors.
• Oversee Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Corporate Affairs, Tax, IT, Insurance and Supply Chain functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage procurement, material management and storage contracts to support production and cost‑efficiency.
• Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure financing and optimise trade credit terms.
• Coordinate import, export and customs procedures, including hedging of foreign‑exchange risks.
• Conduct feasibility studies, ROI and profitability analyses for new projects and investments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, SECP guidelines and applicable tax laws.
• Design and maintain robust internal controls and corporate‑governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Seasoned financial executive with a strategic mindset.
• Deep expertise in IFRS standards and corporate finance.
• Proven experience managing SAP‑based financial environments.
• Strong track record in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and capital allocation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple cross‑functional departments without direct line management.
