Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

Hightech Solutions is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to shape and execute its technology and AI strategy. The CTO will lead the design of scalable, secure systems and embed AI-driven automation across products and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the company’s technology and AI roadmap.
• Architect high‑performance, secure, and scalable systems.
• Integrate AI and automation into workflows, products, and internal tools.
• Replace manual processes with AI‑driven solutions.
• Oversee software development, infrastructure, data, and IT operations.
• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure for remote offices.
• Manage IP telephony, network setup, servers, and connectivity across multiple locations.
• Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Translate business needs into AI‑enabled technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams.
• Control technology budgets, vendor relationships, and third‑party platforms.
• Maintain modern, documented, and future‑ready systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT leadership.
• 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role with relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, ITIL, AWS).
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to ship production systems and continuously improve them.
